HAWKINS, J.

Appellant was convicted for receiving and concealing stolen property, and his punishment fixed at 2 years in the penitentiary. He has presented to this court his affidavit indicating his desire to withdraw his appeal. In compliance with his request, the appeal is ordered dismissed.-
