Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Washington County (Pritzker, J.), entered November 26, 2012, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, to hold respondent in willful violation of a prior order of support.
In June 2012, petitioner commenced this proceeding on behalf of Andrea C. Dupuis (hereinafter the mother), alleging that respondent (hereinafter the father) was in violation of a 2010 support order directing him to pay $113 per week to support his daughter (born in 2008).
