AFTER REMANDMENT BY THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TYSON, Judge.

This cause is hereby reversed and remanded to the circuit court with instructions to grant the writ of error coram nobis as filed in the trial court and to issue the writ on authority of Ex Parte Tony Randall Ward, 540 So.2d 1350 (Ala.1988).

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
