—In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of realty, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 13, 1977, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Titone, J. P., O’Connor and Margett, JJ., concur.
