Plaintiff, in an action for alleged fraudulent conspiracy, appeals (a) from an order dismissing his last amended complaint, in so far as it relates to the respondent, and permitting the entry of judgment accordingly, and (b) from the judgment entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present —■ Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
