Action for damages for breach of contract. Order granting plaintiff’s motion for leave to serve an amended complaint and restoring action to the reserve calendar, and denying defendant’s motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. (Hempstead Harbor Lumber Corp. v. Sechko, 227 App. Div. 668.) Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Close, JJ,, concur.
