United States v. Thomas

362 F. App'x 54
Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit·Decided January 20, 2010·No. No. 09-11118·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Lynn Palmer Bailey, appointed counsel for Dontrell A. Thomas, has filed a motion [55] to withdraw on appeal and filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and the district court’s denial of relief under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) is AFFIRMED.
