United States v. Sims
Opinion
Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
James Sims appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for a reduction of sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c) (2006). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Sims, No. 7:02-cr-00248-GRA-13, 2009 WL 24233 (D.S.C. Jan. 5, 2009).
AFFIRMED.
We consider Sims’ notice of appeal to have been timely filed. See Houston v. Lack, 487 U.S. 266, 276, 108 S.Ct. 2379, 101 L.Ed.2d 245 (1988).
