Opinion of the Court

WISS, Judge:

1. Appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Carson, Colorado. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman (8 specifications), in violation of Article 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 933. He was sentenced to dismissal, as well as confinement and forfeiture of $3,000.00 pay per month for 9 months. The convening authority approved the sentence, and the Court of Military Review
