Opinion
Transportation charges. On a memorandum report of the commissioner stating that at a pretrial conference the parties had agreed that the disposition of this case would be governed by the decision in the companion case of Union Pacific Railroad Company v. United States, 142 C. Cls. 340, and such companion case having been decided favorably to plaintiff, it is ordered in the instant case that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $5,881.39.
