Opinion
Turner appeals a guidelines departure sentence that was based upon a valid negotiated plea agreement. His argument that notwithstanding the plea agreement the trial court was required to provide contemporaneously with the sentence its reasons for imposing a departure sentence has been rejected. Wolf v. State, 595 So.2d 1078 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). We. deny the state’s motion to dismiss and affirm the conviction and sentence.
