Opinion
ORDER
This case was tried before a Jury which brought a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs and another verdict in favor of the defendant and third party plaintiff and against the third party defendants.
[107] The Stipulation of the parties as to whether the defendant and third party plaintiff is entitled to recover from the third party defendants reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses was not brought before the Jury and instead was withheld for subsequent submission to the Judge.
