PER CURIAM.

We affirm. See G.F.C. v. S.G. , 686 So.2d 1382 (Fla. 5th DCA 1997). We conclude *183that Simmonds v. Perkins , 247 So.3d 397 (Fla. 2018), is distinguishable and, accordingly, not applicable.

AFFIRMED.

TORPY, BERGER and WALLIS, JJ., concur.
