A persons trial ends June 3rd,1994, •• under the laws that were in effect the Judgment,Conviction,Sentance and Punishment was ove Complete,.SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION C.C.P. art.62.102, .. was not i in effect untill Sept.1st, 1997,.it only applied to a person who was eligable under applicable state law, •• Therefore Applicant is not eligable,because this law was not in effect,it violates the u.s.c.A. ex post facto and bill of attander Clause, •• sawyer V. Whitly,112 Sct.2514, ••• Double Jeopardy Attaches,.because Multiple Prosecutions for the same offence, .• a person who was tried convic ted,sentanced and punished the Judgment held the new laws provisi ons that were Adjudicated,.because of that; .. the Judge Orde~ed a person to comply with .Sex Offinder Registration,C.C.P. Artical 62.102,Provisions, •.
