It is this Present Day Ordered by and with the Consent of Egerton Leigh Esquire Sollicitor for the Complainant and John Rutledge Esq. Sollicitor for the Defendants in this Cause, that this Cause be set down to be heard on Wednesday next the Sixth of this Instant July and all the said Parties are to attend the said hearing.
