Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Leigh Solicitor for the Complainant with the Consent of Mr. Rutledge Solicitor for the Defendant It is Ordered that the several accompts filed in this cause together with such Books Papers and Vouchers respecting the same be referred to the Master. And that he do make his Report therein to this Court.
