Opinion

Upon Motion of Mr. Graeme of the Complainants Counsel, this Day made to this Court for Confirming the Decree of this Court, made the Ninth Day of February last past The said Decree drawn up in form was now read in the presence of Mr. Lewis of the Defendants Counsel, Whereupon and upon hearing what was Alledged on either side, It is this Day Ordered, that the Said Decree be Confirmed and made absolute.
