Opinion

Upon Hearing Council on both Sides, It is by this Court Ordered That the two first Causes of Demurrer Fyled by the Defendant in this Cause, be Overruled, and the last cause of Demurrer Allowed; And that the Defendant do Answer over Upon the Partys Complainants Makeing Oath That the Marriage Settlement mentioned in the Bill, is not in their possession, and paying the usuall Costs for the Cause of Demurrer Allowed.
