Montgomery App. No. 21710, 173 Ohio App.3d 202, 2007-Ohio-4327. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Montgomery County. Upon consideration of the motion of Sandra J. Finucane to withdraw as counsel and motion for appointment of new counsel, It is ordered by the court that the motions are granted.
It is further ordered by the court that Tim Young of the Ohio Public Defender’s Office is appointed to represent appellant/cross-appellee.
