Opinion
The issue on this appeal is whether the lower court erred in dismissing an information filed against the defendant, Mary Lawson Wells.
Based on our recent decision in State v. Baxley, 684 So.2d 831 (Fla. 5th DCA 1996), the order of dismissal is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
