Opinion
Upon consideration of the application filed by Defendant on the 30th day of March 2006 in this matter for Writ of Habeas Corpus ad subjiciendum, pursuant to NCGS Sections 17-1, 17-2, 17-3, 17-5, 17-6, 17-9 and 17-10, the following order was entered and is hereby certified to the Superior Court, Guilford County:
"Denied by order of the Court in conference, this the 31st day of March 2006."
