Introduction

¶1 Following his divorce, Steven Thurman planted a pipe bomb in the car of his ex-wife‘s new boyfriend. The bomb exploded and killed the boyfriend‘s eleven-year-old son. Mr. Thurman was charged with aggravated murder, a capital offense, and other counts related to making and transporting a bomb.
