In re Singleton, Larry; — Defendant(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; Parish of St. Charles, 29th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 84-0693; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 96-KA-0314.

Granted in part; denied in part. Relator’s sentence is amended to delete the denial of eligibility for good time release. See State v. Singleton, 96-2380 (La. 2/7/97), 688 So.2d 486. In all other respects, the application is denied.
