In re David D. Martin, applying for stay of execution, (Lafourche Parish).
[792]*792Considering defendant’s application that his execution, presently scheduled for February 8, 1980, be stayed (See La., 376 So.2d 300),
IT IS ORDERED that execution of David D. Martin be and the same is hereby stayed until such time as the United States Supreme Court takes final action on his writ of certiorari or until such other time, in advance of that da'te, as this Court deems proper.
