In re: Levi Martin applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order.

Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered to grant defendant a continuance in either this case or in State v. Williams, La., 341 So.2d 1122, no later than 2:00 p. m. this date. Upon failure to do so within said time limit, it is ordered that the Levi Martin matter be continued.
