Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The State appeals from an order granting Jessica L. Katsaitis’s motion to dismiss the narcotics charges against her on the ground that section 893.13, Florida Statutes (2011), is unconstitutional. We reverse based on the recent decision of the Florida Supreme Court upholding the statute as constitutional. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012).

Reversed and remanded.

KELLY, VILLANTI, and MORRIS, JJ., Concur.
