Opinion

In re State of Louisiana applying for writ of certiorari. Parish of Orleans. No. 268-019.

Writ denied. The bill of information was properly quashed. R.S. 40:1788 makes it a crime to obliterate, etc. a serial no. The bill only charges possession of an altered weapon. We do not reach the issue raised in this application.

SUMMERS, C. J., and MARCUS, J., would grant the writ.
