Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The state appeals the trial court’s order granting defendant Daise a mistrial and a new trial. We affirm upon a finding that the record fails to disclose any clear abuse of discretion by the trial court. See State v. Woodson, 330 So.2d 152 (Fla. 4th DCA 1976); Jones v. State, 233 So.2d 432 (Fla. 3d DCA 1970); Hanson v. State, 187 So.2d 54 (Fla. 3d DCA 1966).
