In re: Steve Chapman applying for remedial writs. Parish of Orleans.

[1339]*1339Writ granted. Relator’s sentence is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded to the trial judge to appoint a sanity commission in accordance with La.Code of Crim. Procedure, Art. 650 et seq. with reference to relator’s mental capacity to proceed.
