In re Ayche, Clifton B.; — Defendant; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court Div. S, No. 97-2299; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 98-KA-0191.

Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply, with this Court’s earlier order, see State v. Ayche, 98-2345 (La.1/15/99), 723 So.2d 952, within thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
