Opinion

In re: Johnny Lee Youngblood applying for writs of mandamus and habeas corpus.

Writ denied. Application is for mandamus only. The trial court has acted on the writ of habeas corpus and the mandamus issue is moot. Relator’s right to apply to this court for habeas corpus is of course reserved.
