McBRIDE, Judge.

Relator is the owner of the property bearing Municipal No. 7323 Chef Menteur Highway and seeks to have same connected with the public sewer line. The issues in the case are in all respects similar to those in State ex rel. Bailey v. Sewerage and Water Board, La.App., 102 So.2d 874.

For - the reasons stated -in the Bailey case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

Affirmed.
