The petition seeking a belated appeal of the order rendered on or about July 31, 2013, denying petitioner’s motion for post-conviction relief in Alaehua County Circuit Court case numbers 01-2011-CF-004319-A and 01-2011-CF-003819-A, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be furnished to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal.
