v

Atlantic Development Group, LLC, Defendant-Appellant.

The Stolper Group, LLP, New York (Michael Stolper of counsel), for appellant.

Goetz FitzPatrick LLP, New York (John B. Simoni, Jr. of counsel), for respondent.

Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Arthur F.
