OPINION OF THE COURT
Order affirmed, without costs, in the following memorandum: On the proof in this instance, there having been compliance with the requirements of section 6-140 of the Election Law as to content and substantial compliance with the requirements of that section as to form, the order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.
