PER CURIAM.

Appellant’s judgment of conviction and thirty-year sentence for the crime of second degree murder, which was entered pursuant to appellant’s plea of guilty, and the order of the lower court denying appellant’s motion to vacate the same are affirmed on authority of this court’s opinion filed June 11, 1970, in Ward v. State, 236 So.2d 187.
