Action by plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff was injured when her foot caught in a carpet and she was caused to fall on the stairway in appellant’s theatre. Judgment in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
