DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This case was consolidated for trial and remained so on appeal with the case of Rozas and Sonnier v. Guillory, Dixie Auto [458]*458Insurance Company, and Hanover Insurance Company, La.App., # 5986, 349 So.2d 453, in which a separate judgment is being rendered this date.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Costs are assessed against defendant-appellant, Dixie Auto Insurance Company.

AFFIRMED.
