The judgment dismissing the . complaint in intervention ivas affirmed and the principal complaint of the appellant being that the court refused to grant a continuance moved for because of the illness of the principal Avitness attempted to be established by a medical certificate, it was held that the continuance was not moved for in accordance with section 202 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
