—Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Erie County (Glownia, J.), entered May 21, 2001, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion to compel defendant Peter A. Campione, M.D. to appear for a further deposition.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal be and the same hereby is unanimously dismissed without costs (see Presti v Schalck, 26 AD2d 793). Present—Hayes, J.P., Wisner, Kehoe, Gorski and Lawton, JJ.
