Opinion

In re: John S. Rhodus, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor child, Dean A. Rhodus, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 192 So.2d 226.

The application is denied. According to the facts of the case as found by the Court of Appeal, there appears no error in the judgment complained of.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
