Nature of the Case: This is an appeal taken by Mr. Law from the 459TH Judicial District Court’s entry of an order on August 27, 2024, granting Appellees’

Plea to the Jurisdiction and dismissing all of Mr. Law’s claims without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.1
