DOUCET, Judge.

This is a companion case consolidated for trial with Rachal v. Natchitoches Parish Police Jury, 370 So.2d 183, our docket No. 6935. Separate decisions in these cases are being rendered by us this date.

For the reasons assigned in Rachal v. Natchitoches Parish Police Jury, 370 So.2d 183, our docket No. 6935, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
