Opinion

Per Curiam.

The only questions argued in the paper-hooks of the plaintiffs in error, were so well disposed of in the charge of the learned judge below, that we deem any further discussion unnecessary, and affirm the judgment for the reasons therein contained.

Judgment affirmed.

Agnew, J., was absent at Nisi Prius when this case was argued.
