Opinion

HOUSTON, Justice.

This case is reversed on authority of Ex parte Boatwright, 471 So.2d 1257 (Ala. 1985). The petitioner is entitled to a hearing on the issue of ineffective counsel. We remand to the Court of Criminal Appeals for action pursuant to this opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
