Opinion

TYSON, Judge.

This appeal from the denial of a coram nobis petition, without conducting a hearing thereon, is reversed and remanded for a hearing on the issue of the alleged ineffective assistance of counsel, on authority of Ex parte Boatwright, 471 So.2d 1257 (Ala.1985) and Ex parte Poole, 485 So.2d 1087 (Ala.1986).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
