Opinion

*1205For the reasons similarly assigned in my dissent in Crosstex Energy Services, LP v. Texas Brine Company, LLC , 18-0144 (La. 3/23/18), 238 So.3d 962, I would grant this writ application, as I find there are genuine issues of material fact relating to the duty to defend and whether there was liability during the coverage period.
