*963I would grant this writ application to review whether the court of appeal correctly affirmed the trial court's decision to grant summary judgment in favor of the insurer in this matter. In particular, I would investigate whether the allegations in the petition, when liberally interpreted, see Yount v. Maisano , 627 So.2d 148 (La. 1993), raise even the possibility of liability during the coverage period.
