Opinions

In re: Pittman and Matheny applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Tangipahoa. 189 So.2d 706.

[769] Writ refused. We find no merit in any of the errors complained of.

FOURNET, C. J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. This court should not close its eyes to judgments with obvious erroneous or illegal awards. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted.
