This dispute involves the payment of wages to plaintiffs, undocumented aliens at the time of employment, who worked on defendants’ construction projects with municipal corporations, including the New York City School Construction Authority and the New York City Housing Authority. By this motion (sequence No. 004), defendants Kel-Tech Construction, Inc., Reliance Insurance Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF&G)
